I bless the name of God for his healing in my life. I woke up last night with serious pains in my ribs I couldnt breathe fully without pain in my ribs and it came so sudden. I called pastor Bankole and he prayed with me on the fone, he later told me it was because of the weather (cold) and that I will feel better.I then decided to keep my body warm and not expose my self Truly after some minutes I felt better and about 30 minutes later I could breathe without pain and also sleep. By the time I woke up the pains had gone.

I want to thank God for healing me. I also want us to learn, sometimes we ourselves cause some challenges ourself. I was almost thinking it was something spiritual because of the severe nature it took and how sudden it happened not knowing it was something I caused. Immediately pastor Bankole told me its weather I just remembered my mum always cautioned me to dress warmly because of this season and most times I just overlook it. So as children of God we should also tend to try and live healthy to avoid avoidable health challenges.
