Gud mrn sir i hav been havin dis challenge 4 a couple years now . I want to grow spiritually but sleep, tiredness and weakness wont allow me. I have tried all methods but d highest consistency al my lyf is 1 month but i know if i can pray i know i would havc grown

...in the case the best way to deal with is understanding and accepting the fact that " man's ( your ) greatest enemy is the flesh and that these weariness are the handiwork of the devil to render you powerless,spiritually".


Also, another way to deal.with these is to fight the flesh,start with praise and worship and accept that you are weak spiritually.

God permits certain things to happen in life to teach us important principles like 1) maintaining our faith when times get tough, 2) showing grace under pressure by controlling our responses, and 3) developing new skills and better ways of thinking. The truth is, God is developing qualities in you right now that can’t be developed any other way. When He’s finished, you will have the maturity to handle what He has in mind for you. So, don’t let the enemy rattle you or the circumstances put you into overdrive. ‘Be patient and trust the Lord.’
