dear pastor,I haven't Been able to ask a yone this question. I noticed that any time I am praying. or praising God or even just meditating,I feel this intense heat in my hand,it used to be so intense I would feel it all the way up my arm,it eases when I lay my hand on some one usually my kids and pray 4 that person,usually I say what comes to my head.one time I did so on my daughter ,she later told me that she felt something like rain drops falling on her.recently, I had a disagreement with my older sister and we quarreled,I notice,I stopped feeling it, I prayed for forgiveness and 4 God to restore,after some days/wks, someone was listening to praise and worship near me and I felt the heat in my hand again.my question I fear it might just be my imagination, may not be ofGod.is this a gift,?i know the bible talks about anointing but I haven't seen any thing about the heat I feel in the bible.is it wrong that ilay my hands on my kid/anyone?.is it of God?

Congratulations! As the answer to your question isn't far fetched, infact it's in the bible :

◄ Joel 2:28 ►
"And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.
Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.

That is? The bible, the word of the lord has been fulfilled in your life,and that indeed? You are carrying the anointing of prophecy or anointing to prophesy.

Mind you, this has only buttress the fact that, indeed we are in the latter days.

pastor,what do you mean by' misusing "this gift.I have always wondered which gift I have and have prayed for God to show me .how can I fully utilise this for Gods glory? thank you sir.

That is :
• Be wary of pride.
• Don't curse people no matter how much they offend or provoke you.
• Use it wisely by making sure that whenever you experience it you use it (by laying your hand on your head) to pray for yourself, kids (by laying your hand upon them),and if in the future or soon, by any chance you join prayer warrior in your church there come a time the lord will direct you on how to use it for public use.

It's called "anointing or grace of prophecy".
