Evening to you Pastor. Please, is it everyone dream that one dreams in this life that will come to pass? And also, is it compulsory to always know the meaning of a dream before praying about it?

1. Some can be cancel, especially if such dreams are bad/evil,through prayers.
And yes, most do come to pass because God can not lie few don't because time and season changes and/or for reasons best known to God. Perhaps to avert evil that such dreams carries but if in case such dream is good sin or lack of faith often steal them away.
So in all, your dreams our the definition of our lives and our personal bible(bible ref : story of Joseph). A dreamless life is a living corpse and a blind one at that. So, in all God can't lie. Also not that each come to pass as their fixed or appointed time.
Few of my members who failed to pray over their evil dreams had had themselves to blame at the end of the day. A view or visit to testimony thread will open your eyes.

2. The word " compulsory is an understatement to say the least.
This reminds of one of our member who thought her ways, Christianity was perfect until the lord opened her eyes, she discovered she was in HELL and the kingdom of darkness were mocking and feeding on her glory.
A visit to " testimonies thread " will do some explanations as well.
