good evening prophet enankole.

I have some questions to ask you.

1 why is it that pastors in Nigeria are finding it hard to ASK their congregation/audience if they have come out for salvation call in their church,before attempting to solve their problems?

2 why is it that not many Nigerians are aware of water baptism by immersion? why are the Nigerian pentecostals not preaching & telling others about water baptism?
I am anglican.i have been submitting my dreams on this forum for 3 years before I encouraged myself to look for any pentecostal church.come out for salvation call and then undergo water baptism by immersion.i have done these & I feel much better than I was when I was in the Anglican church.
Prophet.i have said some salvation prayers in the church,and tv.i came up with this idea by myself.it is good to have a good Christian short cut,than having to fast & pray ALL the time!
I don't really go to the Anglican church.but I am a member of 1 or 2 pentecostal churches(tough situations call for strategic actions).and I FEEL better.also,I have added up on my social accounts,many GOOD pentecostal churches & ministries.so when I am in a relaxation mood,I respond to their messages when I can.
I also have worked in the church.

The thing is this.many here or somewhere else don't know that when their problems are tough,they have to try & work in the house of God.infact,it should be rotated in every Nigerian church.people can't continue to fast and pray all the time!

I was thinking that a pentecostal would have told me of these,but no!...I had to come up with these ideas alone.and to God be the glory.they are still working for me.

Prophet.i want to inform you officially that I have done 3 and a half water baptism by immersion.

Prophet.the church pool baptism is still one of the best.to end all these spiritual problems fast,people need to be baptized inside the church pool.no stress after that.i can tell you.there are not many churches that do this but I can tell you here that I did mine @ living faith church.

If you can research about what I am telling you here pls do.and when you find out how true they are,pls tell the people you interpret dreams for,so that they too can tell others.

The apathy in the pentecostal churches is the reason why many orthodox christians like myself don't want to be fully pentecostal.

To each, his own, and we are not here to tell how a particular church, denomination, or any Pentecostal church should run its ministry or services. But to answer your curious question I will say, '

It is only wise to feed a hungry man whom you want to preach about the love and salvation of God first before doing so. God is welcoming and his priority is the salvation of our souls and baptism of the holy spirit and then, any other one comes second.

We are not really good at pointing fingers here it to answer your question I would say again ;

To each his own and we wouldn't know what's true or not and how you came up with your observations base on your personal experiences.

Also, you must know that the journey to salvation is not one sided, what worked for Tonia may not work for Cythian so you have to be careful how you handle this and make your conclusion because every problems or spiritual case comes with difference approach so how then it is wise to expect what worked for you to work for somebody else? Even Jesus deal with whenever he had encounter with with difference approach and grace how much more today among churches and children of God? Compare your case with others and God approach to your case at your risk. Talking from experience I have come to understand that peoples background, battles, challenges, etc varries and so is God approach to their cases and deliverance method. And yes, I wouldn't advice knowing all churches or moving from man of Gof to another as it doesn't often end well --- you maybe luck though but I don't advise that.

Well, I think , I should know better than you do in this regard and you must know that to the glory of God coutless of children of God have experienced the power of God and deliverenace and the truth is, God never work in the same way and with the same approach.

But having said all that, its indeed true that one must be useful for God and support Gods work and this also, has and come with difference approach as some are called to uplift the work of God through their consistent offering , some to work in his vineyard, some to serve, some to evangelize, some are to offer their gift or talent , etc.

You don't choose your place of worship, church-based on sentiment, the presence of God base on what others or don't do, that's not acceptable unto God and as long as one continues to carry such a mindset you may never experience the true presence of God because God is not about your church or who or who's doing something right or not but YOU.

In as much as water baptism can not be ruled out, you must also know that God's priority is the baptism of the holy spirit which can only be received through the pure heart and clean soul just like in the days of the Apostles ; Bible ref ; who shall ascend into the presence of God? He that has clean hands and a pute heart, who does not lift up his soul unto vanity...]

You must loosen up if you want to experience the true power and full presence of God and do away with sentiment and whataboutism; God is interested in true worship and not religion.
