I had a dream where I was doing an audit on a shop. It's actually a shop I had worked with before so in the dream I was aware of the issues they have. So in the dream I was going through their systems looking at various things in terms of how they do them. There were some people who were with me and they were telling me to do this or that with regards to the audit. When i was about to finish I remembered that they sell meat and also remembered that when I was there last they didn't comply with regulations regarding storage of meat. I went into their cold room to check the temperature I found that it was hotter than it should be but I couldn't verify that because I didn't have a thermometer with me. I wanted to use my phone to take the temperature thinking it could read the temperature. I saw cardboards and other stuff in that cold room there was no meat. Then they showed me another cold room which was also feeling a bit hot but better than the previous one. I saw a large chicken on the table (slaughtered already) and I got worried because the room was not cold enough for the chicken to be still cold enough to not go off. (My job is actually similar to this dream). The floor of the whole shop was not concrete but seemed like outside with sand and there was water on the floor, not nice at all. I saw shelves with goods they were selling, although the shop looked old it was very big. The scene changed to my place where I stay now the floor for the sitting room was also not tiled and I was thinking to ask the landlord to put tiles, other rooms in the house were fine and tiled. The scene changed back to the shop. Now it seemed like they were having trouble with how they manage their stock. I went around the shop and saw these shelves with many different products. Then they said I must teach them about stock control. There were now workers in the room and they were sitting waiting to be taught . I started writing on the chalk board the definition of stock and as I was still writing some of the workers stood up and left the room and I woke up.
